Massage Therapy

Swedish Massage

Long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle. If you have never had a massage before, this is a good one to try first.

Deep Tissue Massage

A modality aimed at the deeper tissue structure of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Slow and deliberate strokes focused on relieving specific muscle tension.

Myofascial Release

An effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into the mayofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Sports Massage

Minor injuries and lesions can occur due to overexertion and/or overuse. Massage can help break them down quickly and effectively and also helps prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to promote flexibility, and to prevent injuries.

*Two Feet Deep

Thai, Indian, and Western traditions collide to create a deep, transformative massage. I offer slow, deep, even pressure by using my feet to massage sore, tense muscles. Perfect for people who don't feel they can get sufficient pressure from a therapist's hands.
